Your team has a job to do.
IT is ours.

A missing login. Email that stops working. A new computer to set up. Who makes sure it all works together?

143Technology becomes your IT team, or supports the one you already have. Your team has a point of contact, and each request gets followed through.

Tell us about your day-to-day IT

A familiar situation

A new colleague starts on Monday.

Their first day should not be spent chasing access to the tools they need.

They need a computer, an email address, the right software and access to their team’s files. Someone has to gather the information, prepare the equipment and check that everything is ready.

This is the kind of request we organise with you: you confirm the person’s role and authorise their access; we prepare the elements covered by our agreed scope.

Behind every IT request is a person who needs to get on with their work.

Our day-to-day role

Handle the request.

Help your people

An incident, an access request or a question about a tool: your team knows who to contact. We organise support and follow-up around the hours and priorities we agree with you.

Look after your IT environment

Computers, accounts, networks and backups need attention beyond individual incidents. Together, we agree on the maintenance tasks and security measures we will manage.

Plan the next decisions

Equipment to replace, changing needs or a migration ahead: we help you assess the options and plan changes, taking their cost and their impact on your team into account.

Starting to work together

We plan the handover with your team.

We start with the people: who uses which tools, what works well and what gets in the way. Then we review your equipment, access, documentation and dependencies on other providers.

From there, we agree on what we manage, what stays with you and how requests will be tracked. The handover schedule and checks are agreed before the transfer.

Already have an IT manager? We work with them to define the tasks we take on. If you do not, we help you organise that function.

A clear working relationship starts with clear responsibilities.

Decisions we make together

Your business sets the brief.

Services, tools and budget are shaped around how you work. These are the questions we discuss with you.

What should we budget?

The number of users, equipment, licences and level of support determine the budget. Our proposal sets out the included services, options and terms of support.

Do we need to change our tools?

We start with your existing environment. Microsoft 365 or Infomaniak kSuite: the choice depends on your email, files and business applications. If you choose to migrate, the work and licences are detailed in the proposal.

What if we operate in a regulated industry?

For businesses subject to FINMA supervision or Swiss anti-money laundering legislation, we can complement managed IT with audit reports, extended log retention, BCP and DRP, support aligned with ISO standards and a review under the revised Swiss Data Protection Act. The scope is defined around your activities.

Even when your tools work well, some processes can still take too much of your time.
