Bring across email and files
We identify the data to transfer, its organisation and what can be migrated. Volumes, history and access permissions are part of the review.
Infomaniak kSuite · Email and collaboration
Your email, calendars and files hold much of your company’s working life. Choosing another suite also means planning how your team will work in it.
We help you assess Infomaniak kSuite, prepare the transition and support the people who will use it.
Let’s discuss your toolsBefore changing suites
Changing tools does not put your conversations with clients and partners on hold.
Your colleagues edit shared documents. Some files are shared outside the company. Calendars organise appointments, and older conversations still matter.
Before a migration, we look at how this works today: document formats, permissions, mailboxes, domains and applications connected to your current suite.
Your team’s working habits shape the transition.
What we prepare together
We identify the data to transfer, its organisation and what can be migrated. Volumes, history and access permissions are part of the review.
Email, calendars, contacts, kDrive, kChat or kMeet: we assess the tools your team needs and how you work with external contacts, within the selected plan.
We prepare accounts and configuration, then plan the introduction to the new tools. Checks cover everyday tasks as well as the data transfer.
Choose before you migrate
You may use Microsoft 365, another email service or a mix of tools. We compare the ways of working you want to keep and the differences that would affect your team.
If kSuite meets your needs, we agree on the scope, schedule and checks before the switch. Administration and support can then become part of your managed IT agreement.
You know what changes, what transfers and what needs adapting.
Practical questions
Not necessarily. We offer both environments. Business applications, office workflows, device management and integrations inform the choice. Their features are not identical.
Licences, preparation, migration, training and recurring services are listed separately. Account numbers, data volumes and dependencies determine the work involved.
kSuite and connected third-party services need to be reviewed separately. We examine the connections you need and the associated data flows.
