No, hardware is not included in the subscriptions. The Standard and Frontline packs cover the management and support of devices (computer, tablet, phone) that you already own or purchase separately.
Yes, each pack includes an appropriate Microsoft 365 licence: Business Premium for the Standard pack, Frontline F3 for the Kiosk pack, and Business Basic for the Detached pack.
