1. Purpose of the Offer
This offer allows small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to benefit from a complimentary migration to
our all-in-one IT management services, subject to compliance with the conditions below.
2. Eligibility Requirements
The company must meet all of the following criteria:
Be an SME with fewer than 300 employees.
Be affiliated with Centre Patronal.
Not have benefited from a similar offer in the past 12 months.
The offer is intended for legal entities domiciled or headquartered in Switzerland. Products
are only delivered to addresses located in Switzerland.
Enter into an IT service contract with a minimum duration of 12 months with 143Technology Sàrl for the migrated services.
3. Services Included in the Complimentary Migration
Email migration from the following platforms:
Microsoft Exchange On-Premise
Google Workspace
Synology Mail Server
Any other IMAP-compatible server
User migration and synchronisation in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
Deployment of Microsoft Defender for Business.
Removal of existing security tools (antivirus, EDR, etc.), where possible.
Migration of network equipment, only if included in the service contract.
4. Services Not Included
SharePoint site migration.
Migration of servers, hosted applications or any other specific business system.
Microsoft or third-party licences required for the migration.
Supply of hardware or equipment.
Extended post-migration support, unless contractually agreed.
5. Client Obligations
The client undertakes to provide all privileged access necessary for carrying out the migration
(administrator accounts, server access, etc.).
The client must actively collaborate in the planning and execution of the migration.
6. Financial Terms
Although the migration is complimentary, VAT may be charged on the estimated value of the
complimentary service, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Any service outside the scope of the offer will be subject to a separate quotation.
7. Reservation
We reserve the right to:
Verify the company's eligibility at any time.
Refuse the application of the offer in case of non-compliance with the conditions.
Modify or withdraw the offer at any time, without notice, as long as it has not been formally
accepted by both parties.
